Sometimes it is the size issue, or you are not content with the color as shown in the picture.

By prioritizing the demands and requests of our customers, we have a long list of policies that apply to the return and refund of the product under some terms and conditions. Let us know if you want to refund or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery! 

• If the product is unused, unwashed, and in packed condition with the documentation of purchase, it can be exchanged or refunded. Either your online confirmation email or your receipt serves as proof of purchase, both are suitable. 
• If the customer tries any product to check the size if they fit we can consider the product for return or refund request.
• Please do not put any stickers or any tape on the company package of the box 
• We are entitled to send the customer the product back if it is in unacceptable condition i.e. washed, used, missing receipt, and missing original price tag. 
• If you change your mind after buying the product, then the product is not viable for return, refund, or exchange.
• Due to photographic lighting sources, the colors of the actual item may differ from the original product. Thus, the product is not liable for refund or exchange for this specific reason. 
• If the customer requests an exchange or refund, we will swap their order for a new matching product of an altered size or color.
