Return Policy
We make an effort to provide you with a flawless shopping experience each and every time. If, on the other hand, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have made the return process very simple for you.
- If a customer finds any flaw in the product, they must write a return application to the website
- The return application should be mailed within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If a product is undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition with its original price tags along with the proof of purchase, it can be returned.
- The product must be returned in an undamaged packaging box
- To avoid any mishap or delay in the procedure, it is mandatory to print out the return label on the customer’s return parcel.
- We are entitled to send the product back to the customer if it is not in an unacceptable condition.
- If you change your mind after buying the product, then the product is not viable for change.
- If a customer finds their order or product incomplete, then they can request a refund.
- If a customer places their complaint for return, we will then contact them if the return policy is applicable.
- You are not eligible for a return or refund if any of the following is missing from the package i.e. price tag, label, or order invoice.
- Upon the acceptance of a return request, the customer will be notified by our customer service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Can I return a product after I have opened it?
If you want to change the size after opening it, then only it is liable for change.
How will I be told about the status of my request?
Our customer care will notify the customer when a return request is approved. Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to us will be on you.
What products are not returnable?
Anything is missing from the package i.e. price tag, labels, and order invoice, you cannot return, refund, or exchange the product
